I’m so excited to share with you the first three episodes of my new podcast - Collab with Kiva.

My podcast is designed to encourage women to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams fully and know that there is no one right way to achieve those dreams. As the host, I am a firm believer in designing a business that fits your life instead of the other way around. There will be solo episodes and interviews designed to share inspiration, hope, encouragement, laughs, and business aha's as you chart your entrepreneurial path. I’ve learned a lot over my 20-year journey, from being a legislative director for a member of Congress to a homeschooling mom to a product and service-based entrepreneur. However, I desire that the collaborative sharing of stories be the tide that lifts your boat.

Kiva Slade is the CEO and Founder of The 516 Collaborative.

She is a Certified Director of Operations and Online Business Manager® who partners with mid 6-7 figure business owners serving as their confidante, voice of reason, and manager of all things operations, teams, and projects.

Kiva holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and has operated her own jewelry business. Her 20 years of experience run the gamut from Legislative Director for a member of Congress to chief encouragement officer for her teenage children.

In her free time, you can find her indulging in gluten-free desserts or with a good book.
